[SOLVED] Using StarGO WiFi as Access Point was created by sterne-jaeger
Dear Avalon friends,
is it possible to use the WiFi inside of the StarGO device as access point for all devices? I know I can connect to my Avalon using it's WiFi port, but I would like to connect my Raspberry Pi and my tablet to the same network. I tried it, but it looks like there is no routing and DNS available.

Any thoughts and hints?

Dear Wolfgang

As it has been wrote on a previous post (click on the link below)

www.avalon-instruments.com/forum/welcome...-wifi-client?start=0

the StarGO WiFi chip use the ad-hoc protocol , that works in the peer to peer mode and it cannot works as a client, so can't be used as an access point.

Best regards
