Solved Stargo latest version install problem

Stargo latest version install problem was created by Stargazer14
I have tried to install the latest software [6.20PS3] following the procedure as in the YouTube video but all I get is a AV message to say that the program is unsafe. When I disable that report I then get a further message from Windows [v10] to say that the program is unsafe and cannot be installed - even when I run it as Administrator privilege. What am I missing?

Try to temporary disable Windows Smart Screen Defender

Please follow this tutorial to watch how to disable it, try again and let us know about.

Hi Robert

Please try to change the location folder of the installer file. Put it, for example, on the desktop or in the Download folder and install the Software by clicking on the "run as administrator as administrator" button, as shown in the video and stated on the StarGo User Manual at pages 14/15.

Probably inside that folder windows prevent you to install softwares if you don't have administrator rights.

Hello Stephano. I have tried all of those options. I get the same message. It seems that Windows 10 is ignoring the file or cannot locate it. Very strange?. Regards. Robert
