Wich version of Win10 have you got? (Home or Pro? 32bit or 64bit?)

I tried to install the StarGo latest version (StarGo 6.2.0 SP3) on Win10 64 bit 1909 version and i didn't find problems.

So, if you agree, from the next monday, we can arrange a remote desktop session, so we can try to fix your issue directly on your pc.
