Help, can’t connect to mount was created by Smith
Booted up my Eagle last night and went to connect to the stargo. The stargo connection software page loaded but it wouldn’t connect. Looked at it through ASCOM and got the following driver error message. Tried to reinstall driver but this wouldn’t work.

Hi Smith

Could be an administrator privilege issue.

Did you install the Ascom Platform with the administrator privilege?

If you already installed the Platform with the administrator privilege please try to uninstall and perform a clean reinstallation.
