Hi,
It's been a while since I tried using the StarGo software on my laptop. When I did, it wouldn't connect, so I reinstalled the software. Now when I press "Connect" I get a message that says; Component 'ComDlg32.OCX' or one of is dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
I can't seem to get past this error message no matter what I try. Any suggestions?

Which version of the StarGo is running on your PC?
It seems an old issue fixed time ago, as reported on the following topic:
www.avalon-instruments.com/forum/install...go-6-2-0-sp1?start=6
So, in case your StarGo version is too old, we strongly suggest to update it to the latest one (Install_StarGo_640_SP8) that you can find on our support page.
