Question M-zero Obs Will Not Slew in Altitude/Declination - Help Requested

My less than 1 year-old, minimally-used M-zero Obs has stopped slewing in declination. Right ascension slewing seems to be working normally. The problem exists when using both the hand controller and the StarGO software interface. The declination motor is silent when commanded to move.

The mount is balanced in both axes and minimally loaded with a 200mm lens and ZWO camera. There are no cable snag issues.

I would appreciate any suggestions on how to proceed.

Check for loose connection on the DEC cable maybe.

Also, have you tried swapping RA and DEC cables? If DEC starts to move and RS stops, it's probably a faulty cable. If not, not sure what it can be but if anything comes to mind, I'll let you know.
