StarGo technical requirement:

• Power supply alimentation: 15V
• Windows7 or higher required
• Latest Ascom Driver released (downloadble at http://ascom-standards.org/Downloads/Index.htm)
• Check to have uploaded the correct mount configuratione file

• Keep StarGo firmware updated

• Check to have selected the right Com Port

• To connect the mount to the StarGo software follow the Safe Connection Mode

• Check the axis mode in the Align panel match with mount axis mode (Equatorial or Altazimuthal)

• Check that StarGo and planetary software position match
