The polarfinder led cannot be turned on from the T-pod.

Which kind of mount have you got?

Hallo Stefano82. Ich habe eine Avalon Linear Montierung mit StarGo und Bluetooth ( Art. - Nr. AV-1LNR0002. ZUs#tzöich nutze ich Skysafari 6 Pro.

Hello

In the Linear mount, as default, the led comes already connected to the StarGo board.

If by powering on the StarGo board the led still doesn't turno on the light, connect the StarGo board to a laptop/Pc, launch the StarGo software andm in the advanced panel, increase the POLAR FINDER % value by clicking on the right arrow button, as shown in the screenshot below.

Hallo Stefano . Ich habe versucht die Polarleuchte nach Deinen Anweisungen zu starten und konnte nur die StarGo per Bluetooth verbinden. ( Bild vom 12.11.2021 Es ist mir nicht gelungen, das erweiterte Panel zu öffnen. Daher habe ich versucht die alte Software deinstalliert und versucht diese neu zu installieren. Das Programm reagiert jetzt gar nicht mehr ( Bild vom 14.11.2021)

Ich würde die StarGo lieber mit meinem Samsung Galaxy TAB A7 steuern. Da habe ich keine Probleme. Ich konnte die Polsucherleuchte aber nicht einschalten / Hhochdimmen. Hier steure ich die StarGo mit Skysafari 6 Pro. Naschtrag: Ich wohne im Ruhrgebiert und muss deshalb in dunklere Gebiete fahren und nutze deshalb das TAB A7.
