WARRANTY TERMS
1. AVALON INSTRUMENTS guarantees all his products against any manufacturing defect for two (2) years from purchase date. No expenses to be paid except those due to repair or replacement shipping costs.
2. The terms of the warranty are extended for three (3) more years for the mechanical pulleys and belts transmission system.
3. In case of purchase of the mount by companies or legal person, the warranty terms are reduced to one (1) year against any manufacturing defect plus one (1) year for the mechanical pulleys and belts transmission system.
4. Any applications or extensions of the warranty terms are subject to the manufacturer unquestionable final decision.
5. The warranty terms do not apply in case of damages caused by carelessness, improper use or tampering of the product. Always refer to the manufacturer for assistance, any unauthorized repair will void the warranty.
6. Always carefully check the power connections/supply. The warranty terms do not apply in case of damages caused by wrong power supply connection, by sudden changes in voltage or any external cause.
7. In case of warranty or repair return of the product, inquire the manufacturer. Do not send any product before receiving a written authorization. All unauthorized returns will not be accepted and returned to shipper.
