Well I've watched it long enough to realize that it is moving, so the readings from the display on RA, DEC, Az, and Alt are accurate, however it's reporting that it is still. This is very confusing.

Hello
In order to restore the starting position, point the DEC axis toward the north (see page 17 M-due user Manual) and perform a Sync Home Position with the WebApp or directly on the StarGo2 LCD.

Hi Stefano, I've tried that multiple times, from the WebApp and the LCD screen. It doesn't appear to the change the behavior. As soon as I slew using the webapp the status reports Upper Limit Hit.

Hey Stefano, any other ideas on what I can try to resolve this? The mount is currently unusable because as soon as I slew it thinks the upper limit has been hit. Can I zero out the limits in the configuration?

We are working on this to see what's happened, in the meanwhile you can work with the Encoders disabled by choosing a mount configuration file without the final "E".
We will come back to you as soon as we have news about it.

Thanks Stefano, that seems to work, though it requires that I plate solve and sync after powering off the mount. Looking forward to getting this fixed, I forgot how useful those encoders are until I didn't have access to them anymore.
