Hello,
I have an Avalon M-zero HQ Bluetooth mount and I'm experiencing a problem with COM port instability, even though I'm running Windows 11 in administrator mode and stargo also.
I've followed the instructions described in the video "StarGo shut down unexpectedly" (
www.avalon-instruments.com/support-2/tro...ut-down-unexpectedly) repeatedly, but nothing works; the COM port disconnects after a while. The problem is even more pronounced when I control the mount from NINA. I try to park the mount or set a home position, but after working correctly, the mount seems not to respond, an error message is displayed in NINA, and StarGO crashes.
Here are the software versions:
starGO.exe 7.0.9
Firmware 6.4.0 A
SCOM driver 7.1.2.6
I have testted under ASCOM platform 6.6 SP2, 7 update 2 (7.0.2.4675) and 7.1.
I have removed all the ascom driver, ascom platform. Re-installed all and i have the same behavior.
Do you have any suggestions to help me resolve this major problem?
Sincerely,
Mickaël
